Monday - Neurological and Core endurance (Annie)(sub for workout)

Tuesday - Deadlift / Upper body PULL (pull-ups/chin-ups)

Wednesday - Rowing test (replace workout)

Thursday - Power clean

Friday - Kettlebell test (replace workout)
