When you join The Standard, your coach will tailor each workout to fit your goals based on your fitness level so you can:

 

Look Better

Our members consistently lose body fat and gain muscle, and you will too! Our tracking software will track your performance over time, so you can visibly see the improvements you’ll already be feeling. Perhaps more importantly however, you’ll improve your self-confidence and we all know that’s attractive!

 
 
 

Move Better

Our highly-trained and professional coaches will address mobility and flexibility restrictions, then teach you to properly pick things up and put them overhead, push, pull, or sit yourself up, and so much more. We’ll then put those skills to the test with high-intensity workouts designed specifically with you and your goals in mind.

 
 
 

Feel Better

Your nagging aches and pains will disappear, your mood will improve, your healthy eating will become more consistent, you may even get off some of those medications you’re taking. You’ll become healthier, happier, and harder to kill; and you’ll have fun along the way!

How it works:

 

Schedule a Consultation

Spend 30 minutes with a coach discussing your life and your goals. Together you’ll agree on a plan that fits for you and you won’t break a sweat! (...unless you want to.)

 
 

Get Back to Basics

Some gyms just turn you loose immediately upon joining. We have you go through Basics; a very comfortable 1-on-1 environment where you’ll learn most of our movements, get nutritional guidance, practice mobility drills, and get in your first few met-cons (short, intense workouts).

 
 
 

Raise Your Standard

Join our Standard class, where you’ll continue to practice your Basics, get stronger, lean out, feel better, be healthier, and you’ll make friends at the same time. Your goals are not only achievable, they are simply a matter of time!

We are called The Standard for a reason.

The hardest part of doing anything new is crossing the starting line. That first step into the unknown, unable to predict what might happen, is what keeps most from trying CrossFit. At The Standard, we understand that and offer the "Change Your Life in 24 Hours Guarantee."

If you commit to 24 1-hour classes (3 or 4 days a week) and feel you haven't made progress toward your goals at the end, we'll refund your monthly fees.

Getting in shape is hard and starting something new can be scary. We have a plan to make it easier, safe, and with proven results.

We hold our athletes accountable to the right way of doing things—both in and out of the gym. We want you to master impeccable movements, eat optimally, and walk through the world with integrity and happiness. We use CrossFit methodology with a hard insistence on safety and quality of movement. In each class, our athletes become a team made up of individuals, working independently side by side, and encouraging each other to be just a little bit better every day. The result is a powerful feeling of camaraderie, achievement, and confidence. Not to mention the increased lean muscle, improved health markers, and better fitting clothes.
