If you’ve never done CrossFit before, we couldn’t be more excited for you. Everyone makes bold claims about their program, but CrossFit has been used by the highest performing athletes, Navy SEALs, and countless numbers of everyday friends and families. They all get healthier, more capable, and have fun doing it alongside others.
The absolute best way to start is with our Basics program. Basics is 4 one-on-one sessions with our Head Coach (CCFT L3) where you’ll learn everything you need to know in order to be successful in a group training environment. Not only that, it gives us an opportunity to get to know your unique capabilities and challenges so we can build the best program for you individually, every day.
Basics is $300 and upon completion, you and your coach will discuss group training or continue with personal training. Our 2021 rate for group training is $155/mo. Every workout is tailored to you so you get enough of a challenge to see progress, but without the frustration of being assigned too much too fast.
